Who are we?

The Oracle Cultural Network is an association of people who work in the cultural field. Most of the members have done the: European Diploma in cultural project magagement.

ORACLE encourages cooperation, exchange and life-long learning between cultural operators. The network promotes:

  • critical, diverse, inclusive, participatory culture

  • civic and intercultural dialogue

  • an active role for culture in social development.

Each year, members meet in a different country to discuss the most pressing issues facing contemporary culture and the arts.

At this moment we have around 60 members and affiliates in 24 different countries:

Austria, Belgium, Burkina Faso, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Morocco, North Macedonia, Norway, Palestinian Territories, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovenia, Sweden and England & Wales.
